Convening Seminar on Strategic Reporting

On July 22, Chunfeng Group held a seminar on strategy report in Conference Room 301. It mainly discussed the problems existing in the formulation of strategies. The conference was chaired by Cao, and the managers of the groups, subsidiaries and middle-level leaders participated.
At the meeting, according to the order of Shengchun Company, Chunfeng Foundry, Heating Company, Silver Star Company, Real Estate Company, Import and Export Company and Small Credit Company, the managers of each company made strategic reports from three aspects: development direction, setting goals and supporting measures. General Cao and other managers respectively put forward suggestions on the problems in formulating strategies for each company.
Cao pointed out that our research on strategy has been going on for some time, and great progress has been made from our ignorance to half-knowledge to the ability to formulate strategy in accordance with our own reality. Although steady development is good, breakthroughs in development are insufficient, and breakthroughs in the four new thinking related to development are insufficient.
